Top 10 Lift Kits & Leveling Kits for the 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra

Updated: February 2025 | Reviewed by the TruckBench Team

The 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra (XK70) is a completely redesigned platform — new frame, new twin-turbo V6 powertrain, new coil-spring rear suspension, and new front suspension geometry. Every one of these changes affects lift kit compatibility. Kits designed for the 2007–2021 Tundra will not fit the XK70. Always confirm 2022+ (XK70, third generation) compatibility before purchasing.

The XK70’s coil-spring rear suspension (replacing the previous generation’s leaf springs) changes the lift kit approach significantly — the same way it does on the Ram 1500. Most kits use front strut spacers and rear coil spring spacers rather than the traditional front spacer and rear block/leaf spring combination. We’ve ranked the top 10 across leveling kits and full lift systems.

Always perform a professional alignment after any suspension modification. Prices are approximate and do not include installation.

Toyota Tundra Lift & Leveling Kit Buying Guide

The Most Important Step: Confirm XK70 Generation

The 2022–2026 Tundra (XK70) uses a completely different platform than the 2007–2021 Tundra. Front suspension geometry, frame mounting points, and rear suspension architecture (coil-spring vs. leaf spring) all changed. Kits for the old Tundra will not fit the new truck. Always confirm “2022+” or “XK70” or “third generation” in the listing before purchasing.

Coil-Spring Rear — What Changed From the Old Tundra

The previous-generation Tundra used a rear leaf spring suspension. The XK70 switched to a coil-spring rear, similar to the current Ram 1500. This means lift kits use rear coil spring spacers (not blocks and U-bolts), the rear suspension articulates differently off-road, and generally provides a more compliant baseline ride quality. It also means many lift kit techniques that worked on the old Tundra don’t apply to the new one.

Leveling Kit vs. Lift Kit

Leveling Kit (2–2.5″) — Corrects the factory rake, allows modestly larger tires. Minimal impact on ride quality. Most affordable option.

Lift Kit (3–4″+) — Raises the entire truck for significant off-road clearance and large tire capability. More complex, greater alignment impact, higher cost.

Geometry Matters More Than Lift Height

At 4 inches or more, cheap spacer-based lifts stress the factory upper control arms at angles they weren’t designed for — accelerating ball joint wear and compromising handling. BDS, Fabtech, Icon, and Carli all include geometry-correcting UCAs in their premium kits. For lifts of 3.5″ or more, UCAs are worth the investment.

iForce MAX Hybrid Compatibility

The XK70’s iForce MAX hybrid system adds an electric motor and related components but does not meaningfully affect suspension lift kit compatibility — the same kits apply to both standard twin-turbo V6 and iForce MAX Tundras. Confirm with the specific manufacturer if in doubt.

Always Align After Any Modification

Budget for a professional four-wheel alignment after any lift or leveling kit installation.

Prices are approximate and subject to change. Professional installation recommended for all kits over 2 inches. Always confirm XK70 (2022+) generation compatibility. Replace YOURTAG-20 with your Amazon Associates tag. TruckBench earns from qualifying Amazon purchases.
